RSAWEB failure

After moving address the debit order stopped going off, even though the account details did not change and account funds were sufficient to process debit order, they informed me they will cancel my service. I called them and made payment for the failed debit orders and sent them POP of this. They assured me it will not be canceled and they will correct the debit order fault that is on their side. But nevertheless they still canceled my internet service
