RSAWeb - Fail to deliver

No communication from Projects Team. Every person I spoken to in Projects Team to follow up on my order gave had different excuses. Only to find out days later that Sales failed to place the hardware order TWICE. Payment for hardware had to be made when I placed the order - days later RSAWeb have the ordacity to deny receipt of payment even after sending payment remittance several times to their forever full mailboxes.
