RSAWEB - Even if you were the last and cheapest service provider, I would still NOT recommend you!

I cannot wait for my contract to end so that I can move onto someone who knows what "service" is.

Recently Microfiber purchased Link Africa (who laid the fiber in our area), I received NO communication or notice from RSAWEB, but from Microfiber directly. At no point was there any discussion, email nor phone call that my contract costs would increase! Not only do I now pay R 200.00 more a month, but you had the nerve to backdate it to July, when the swap over was only done at the end of October!

I am so done with this company; I wish I had never signed up with up with you! You really, REALLY need to improve on your customer experience because your service leaves NOTHING to be desired! I logged a call, sent an email, got a reference number on the 7th December, what was 22 days ago and still NO response! Even if you were the last and cheapest service provider, I would still NOT recommend you!
