RSAweb - Even if you were the last and cheapest service provider I would still NOT recommend them!

I cannot wait for me contract to send with this "service" provider so that I can move onto someone who actually knows what "service" is.

Recently Microfiber purchased Link Africa (who lay the fiber down in our area), I received NO communication or notice from RSAweb, but from Microfiber directly. At no point was there any discussion, email nor phone call that my contract costs would increase!

Not only do I know pay R 200.00 more a month but they had the nerve to backdate it to July, when the swap over was only done in October!

I am so done with this company, I wish I had never signed up with them, they really REALLY need to improve on their customer experience because their services leaves nothing to be desired!
