When queried, all of a sudden they come with another amount they want to charge as backpay because they had a technical error, offering to deduct 2 payments, backpay and a 2x monthly increase. The call center is also super unhelpful, was on hold for 15min to speak to someone, then they were going to put me through to a supervisor, which I was on hold for another 15m until they cut my line, 30m wasted!
