RSAWEB double charged me for January 2024

Last year on the 8th of December I made a payment of R769 to RSAWEB to pay for the fiber that was suspended due to late payment. The payment was done via a link they sent via email.

This year they charged me double the amount because they said I did not pay in December .

I told them I did pay, it even shows on my bank statement.

The consultant I talked to asked for proof of payment, but I told her that I could not provide it because of the way payment was made. She then asked for my bank statement and I sent it to her. Up until today I have still not received any feedback.

And to show the payment for December went through they wifi was active throughout December 2023.

I am very disappointed in the way this is being handled.
