RSAWEB DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR CLIENTS. 3years issue not resolved

I have been a customer here for over 3years and have never missed a payment but the kind of service I’m getting from RSWeb you would swear I owe them for 6months. The frustration I have experienced is enough. Even when an open serve technician advised and told them that they had issues from their side they still couldn’t fix the issues. RSAWEB technician came to assess issue and left his equipments here and never returned it’s been a year plus. All I do is log calls and never get what I pay for. Anyone looking to sign up beware they start very well and soon don’t give a **** anymore.

I asked for my line to be cancelled by end June 2023 they still went ahead and debited me for July. Companies like this can’t keep getting away with its actions.
