RSAWEB doesn’t not care about their clients

RSAWEB has the worst, they don’t care about their clients. They keep promising me lies, they switched off my WiFi last week Wednesday (11/05/2022) when I called they said I didn’t make payment and I already make payment. I then send them proof of payment and they said they will open it but it will take 72hours. Now it’s the 19th of May still my waiting for the wifi to be switched on, I called on Friday and they said my 72hrs started from then. Monday I called again and they said the same thing, now it’s Thursday. And when you call they even make you wait for so long before answering the phone. The worse part is I’m working from home and I don’t have wifi. They have the worst service
