RSAWEB doesn't deliver!

I have been complaining for weeks that my Fibre connection drops and all my devices have to reconnect and obtain an IP address. RSAWeb have done very little to remedy the situation. The annoying part is that you get a ticket number. Seldom does anyone get back to you. If you are installing or swopping over to fibre, go another ISP. They are the worst!
