RSAWEB definitely not the best ISP

My fibre line has been down for a week now and RSAWEB and Vumatel refuse to do anything to fix it because apparently the line is working fine according to them. I cancelled my account with RSAWEB and Vumatel because I can not pay for a service I am not receiving. The best of all RSAWEB thinks I am moving house. I am not moving RSAWEB I am at the same address I am just cancelling my fibre line because you give me no other option.
