RSAWEB cut off before date

I cancelled my service and was told my last day is the 31 January. I scheduled to do all my wifi work on the last 2 days before I leave and have tons of stuff to do and RSAweb just cut me off 2 days early. And when you phone them they say they can only resolve this on Monday... Which is the 1st. Pathetic and dishonest
