Rsaweb customer service does not exist

Was not aware of price increase. Then my service was suspended. Paid everything immediately sent through POP. Accounts then stated my service is active. Just before 5pm. No service not acyove. Service still suspended. Customer service when there is an issue is non existent!!!!! Very very very upset.
