RSAweb con…. Do not cover whole SA!
Apon cancellation they charge R999 even though they are unable to relocate your contract to your new address and you abide by the one calendar month notification. Totally unfair. RSA …. Implies they cover the whole country ….yet they do not.

26 Feb 2026, 14:27Hi there. All providers require a calendar month’s cancellation notice as part of the service agreement. As we work with multiple fibre network providers, coverage depends on the infrastructure available in each specific area and cannot be guaranteed when relocating.
If fibre is not yet available at the new address or available with a fibre provider we are not in partnership with, a new service would need to be ordered based on what is available there.
