RSAWeb, changed my mind from my previous good experience to the current poor experience.

After a really great experience with FTTH where I currently live, sadly getting FTTH to the new house I am moving to is proving to be an issue even though it is available for the address.

Requests for feedback fall on deaf ears and the same 'someone will call you' promise is made daily without anyone actually doing it. Since I am not getting any feedback I decided to cancel the order, even on that request I am getting no feedback whatsoever.

It is a real pity as I thought they were different to so many poor ISPs out there.
