RSAWEB Being Dishonest.

Dishonest and very bad service.

I sent them a support ticket on Friday, but up to now I have not received any feedback or reply as to what is going on.

They Switched my client's internet off and canceled his line without a cancelation letter or even informing him that the line was canceled, now he is stuck and can't move to a different ISP because they are not releasing his Line.

Does anyone know to whom I can speak to have this line released otherwise I will have to take this further than Helopeter.
