Rsaweb bad service.

Please be aware that since RSA WEB won the award for the best ISP in SA, their service gas dropped like a stone. I made a payment with an incoreect reference number whixh was obviously my mistake and since then my internet was suspended, now it has taken 2 daysvtoblift the supsnsion and Vumatel has blocked my IP adress. RSAWEB is making this my problem. After spending a total of 3 hours plus on the line with them all they can tell me is that it was escalated with Vumatel and the funny thing is that I pay RSAWEB NOT VUMATEL!!! So another day without internet and its my problem. where is the service????
