RSAWEB BAD SERVICE

Please do not use the services of RSAWEB!!! I had a contract with them which at that time they had contracted with Cell C. Unfortunately Cell C terminated their services with them which we "consumers were moved to MTN when moving to the new provider they failed to properly inform me as a consumer that the router which I was using then won't be of use with MTN sim card, they advised that I had to pay for a new router which was compatible with the new sim. They was never informed and further it was not my issue that their agreement with Cell C was no longer in use. I never used the new sim card obviously my router was incompatible. I cancelled the contract with them upon finding this out, which they confirmed in writing after a few months they called me informing me that I owe money which I disputed because I had already paid what was due to them, they confirmed in writing for the error and also confirmed the cancellation as well. But, now to my finding they are claiming further fees being the amount of R12.00 !!! Jesus !!! I'm not sure if they even under the consumer protection act....Do not use their services at all !!!
