RSAWEB Bad Service

this company RSAWEB its a **** in disguise since i placed order then cancelled my service before i got the sim delivered on 1st of august since then i been waiting for my refund of R2619.65,they havent refunded me back yet they also deducted again amount of R1332.29in my account whereby i don't have any active account with them on 05.08.2025,then now they say i owe amount of R565.22 for router that i haven't ordered,their costumer service and management team when you call they out you on hold until the hang up without helping you,their project management team are:Amy Nothnagel,Nadine Addison,Shaakirah Jackson,& Zeah Adams.my case number: ***
