RSAWEB BAD SERVICE

I’m having a bad experience from them as a new customer. On the 27 of January 2025 I signed up on RSAWEB for fibre connection on Vumatel, then made a payment on the 1st of February 2025. It was not easy and when you try to call they not answering or when you have an online chat with them a consultant just ends a chat. On Monday this week they called me then I was transferred to another department I was on hold for 32 minutes then I cancelled the call. And what I hate I just recently cancelled Afrihost and wanted to try them since they are affordable but I went to worst and I can’t even cancel now because I’ve already made the payment.
