RSAWEB bad line

After a lot of complaints about my fiber line, RSA WEB going to charge me R500 per Hour to fix my line, this is almost a year now, I pay for 50/50 I am only getting just over 20/18 sometimes less, we ask for a 50/50 because we do a lot of work that need speed I am going to bill them I don't get any discount because of their incompetence
