RSAWEB are ****** , I DO NOT RECOMMEND!! I’m paying for fiber for an address I moved from and they keep pushing my cancellation!!

This company isn’t even worth a star to be honest. I moved end of November and notified them, I was told I needed to serve a month notice, fare enough cause I had missed that when reading the contract. I paid for fiber I wasn’t using for the whole of December. My cancellation was finalized via a phone call and by email in my understanding. Not to mention that they double billed me by mistake and took forever to refund me. I was back and forth on phone calls and had opened multiple tickets . Their agents are rude and ***********, with each phone call I was asked the same damn questions. Now that my cancellation is due, I’m told that I never confirmed my cancellation and my notice will go on until January 31st, when all the proof that I did cancel is on email and their so called recorded phone calls. RSAWEB!! FIX YOUR MESS!! I can’t be paying for fiber for an address I don’t live in. I called time and time again👏🏾 How many confirmations do you need? Clearly someone didn’t do their job…
