RSAWEB APPALLING SERVICE, DISAPPEARED ORDERS???
I PLACED AN ORDER AND 3 WEEKS LATER WAS TOLD THAT THE ORDER DID NOT PULL THROUGH. I ASSUMED AT THIS POINT THAT IT WOULD BE RECTIFIED. A WEEK LATER WHEN I CALLED I WAS TOLD THE ORDER HAD NOT PULLED THROUGH AND HAD TO BE REDONE!! THEY WOULD NOT EVEN COMMIT TO ANY TIMELINES. THE SERVICE IS APPALING TO SAY THE LEAST!
