RSAWEB adverstise fibre from R345 but say my fibre of R700 is the cheapest.
So I am on the 25/50Mbps for about R700 a month which will be R750 after only 6 months. Anyways I told them that I cannot afford R700 a month anymore and they said that they done have a cheaper option when they advertise fibre for R345pm. What ****py service.

What do I need to say now when I direct message you that you will downgrade my service to a cheaper option when you were sp adamant that you cannot downgrade me when you obviously have cheaper options available.

Once those promotions end they will be billed at the standard pricing so what was advised to you is not incorrect. If we had any alternative options that would be available on your service our team would have offered them to you,
