RSAWEB absolutely the worst ISP ever, DO NOT Engage!

Signed up for Black Friday deal. R485 for 100/100 meg line.

First 3 months were meant to be free, they Double charge me in January and kept charging me for the first 3 months which were meant to be free.

Fought for the next 4 months to get my money back. Eventually, at the end of June i get the money back however a few days later i get an email stating the fee is going up to R985.

Multiple attempts to call or chat to sort this out with rude customer service.

After numerous attempts to contact them and discuss I get given terms and conditions of the contract that they can change at any point. I even queried that before signing off and I was advised by the salesperson that it will not change. I had evidence from our conversation that the price will be fixed until I choose to upgrade. They did not want to hear anything about it

The agent promised the price is fixed when taking the black friday deal.

I am unable to exit this contract due to the costs tied to the 1st year and there are costs involved to reduce the line speed.

If you want to decrease the line speed its R575. They advertise a lower price on the web for new customers but cannot give that price to current customers either so your lowered price is much higher.

Please DO NOT ENGAGE this ISP at all costs.

They lie and provide false information to get you locked .
