It is obvious from all the comments on Hello Peter that you can tar all the ISP providers with the same brush. Be carefull when dealing with this ISP provider, after the usual no additional costs advert they hide the router delivery charge in the Terms and conditions. When I first placed my order I got a notice to say that I would be informed if there was an existing provider, there was, but no one ever contacted me. I then sent their project team, before receiving the router, an e-mail to inform them that I was going to give my existing provider 1 months notice and that I wanted it scheduled for a specific date, one month later than initially requested, they ignored my instruction and went ahead and activated the service for the notice month and then had the ordacity to send me an invoice for that month, after I had sent them confirmation that they were not authorized to debit my account with anything and I would pay for the subscription for the cancellation month and delivery charges for the router by EFT, which I did. Well that did not receive any reaction either other than a comment that someone would contact me, no guesswork here. I have since reversed the amount, written to this website and will take it further with the designated authorizes. I have raised umpteen tickets (at least 10) with the return mail confirming that someone would call to sort out the dispute, well as you can imagine, the only one to call was their cancellation department to query why I would like to cancel. Beware of this rush to activate without any consultation to skim the consumer.
