We signed up for their services because they are considered "one of the best"

Well let me tell you. I am struggling for two months already: 1. They delivered two rooters 2. Instead of collecting the second router they delivered me an UPS, thank you though 3. Instead of checking which rooter to deactivate, the idiots deactivated my installed router. 3. They debited my account with more that double my subscription and for 20 days I have been trying to get someone to refund me, or even respond to me.

My opinion: Yes you can write contract after contract, well done to the sales department, but if your logistics department deliver 2 rooters instead of one, and even with months of fighting they still cant collect. Then you will not be in business for long, and your after sales department SUCK!!!!
