RSAWeb

RSAWeb is an ************ company trying to generate revenue by debiting amounts from past clients for fictitious services.

The last time our company used services from RSAWeb was back in 2015. Fast-forward to November 2017 and out of the blue, RSAWeb debits R3500pm from our bank account for a service that we never bought. We immediately raised the issue with their billing department and after some back and forth, in February 2018, Crystal in the accounts department acknowledged the billing error and vowed to repay the incorrect debits within two days. Currently, in September 2018, RSAWeb has not only failed to repay the erroneous debits, they continue to bill us every month to this day. Crystal is nowhere to be found and the new billing person, Siddeeqah, is as stubbornly unhelpful as a person can be.

Needless to say, RSAWeb is a company that I would recommend you avoid.
