RSA WEBB OF LIES

Absolutely shocking service. Ive been trying to get fibre for over a week now. Every time i call i keep getting a different installation date!!!! Anything from 12 hours to 5 weeks!! Ive spoken to Sipho on 13 September who was aware how urgently I needed it. Installation was supposed to happen that week as i have an existing unit. I have phoned and left messages for him today...no reply. Ive sent photos of my existing unit serial numbers which he requested only yesterday...no response to my email!!! Im told openserve are meant to call me....im STILL waiting! Ive spoken to sales, ive spoken to projects and NO ONE can help me
