RSA WEB, worst service provider for FTTH

Please do not take out internet with RSA web, for two months my router did not work, requested a refund on downtime, no response from any of their staff. cancelled my service with them in Nov 2023, now in Sept 2024, they are looking for a payment that I am not aware of . No response on my refund. Rather sign up with Afrihost or any other company, please stay away from RSA web.
