RSA WEB - WORST SERVICE EVER - DO NOT USE THEM

Good Day

Just to let you guys know that your service levels suck.

I tried the entire day to get hold of support today. As soon as i can change service providers I most definitely will.

Maybe the guys running the company should actually spend time in your call centre/support centre. It is clearly a shambles.

Issues:

1. No calls are answered ever!!! 2. Massive cost to the client!! - Hey who cares!! 3. Support email unanswered 4. Chat not available for FAULTS - I mean what else is really needed ito support! 5. Downloaded app asks for a PIN? Clearly a tech error

Well done guys for doing a *** job. Thats you the directors - enjoy your high salaries AND lack of accountability.

I sympathise with your poor support staff working under these conditions.

This is why guys like Michael Jordaan succeed.
