RSA Web worst ISP provider!

I have been dealing with this asinine company for two years now. I am based in the Milnerton area of Cape Town. I spent a year using their service in Century City.

In both locations they have provided utterly horrid service.

Their internet speeds are unstable. I am paying R1100pm for an uncapped 100mbps line and I receive 5-17mbps throughout the day (my wife works from home)

At night when I want a bit of gaming i suffer with 10-21mbps with latencies (ping) of 50-420 depending on how bad it gets.

They had a technician call in to set up the internet on different ranges on the main settings. That worked for a month and the problems returned.

I have reached my limit with this company.

They specialise in internet and cannot provide a stable internet connection.

I demand one of their technical managers make contact as I am sick of dealing with middle men and no help.
