RSA WEB worst ISP ever and accounts department

RSA web it looks like your accounts department needs to be in the circus I upgraded my account and the worst thing I could have done I have the upgrade now for 2 months and if you do the maths I should have paid R2990 but I was billed almost R5000 and how do your accounts department come up with this my money is deducted and in your account but trying to get hold of your accounts department is another story can't wait for my year to finish so I can get a other ISP.
