RSA WEB : WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

Guys, please stay away from RSA web, their service is poor, and they will not refund you when your fibre is not working due to their faulty router. Thay say it is not their problem, I cancelled them , but are still fighting to get my refund. Please read other reviews about their service and make an informed decision , Afrihost and Rain have much better customer service..
