RSA WEB: when you finish doing your installations then you can demand payments

I signed a contract with them last year, months after they come dumb their router wirh the security guards at my complex. Never been called not did they come install their router and connect me to the internet and since then I started using Rain for internet. They tried many times deduct my fnb account for a service they never provided. Then I get a call from a debt collector in cape town asking me to pay for cancellation fee. I never cancelled I told them and they never finished their work and I never used their service. Now I'm being threatened to be listed on ITC for a service I never used. I told them to come and collect their router which us still in the box unused
