RSA WEB WHATSAPP IS SO UNHELPFULL AT ALL. DEEPLY DISSAPOINTED IN THEM

I dont know if its just me but Rsaweb's whatsapp chat service really bad. I was connected several times to a person but they are not chatting when you raise a concern. Its says they are connected but they dont respond at all. 3rd time again, i was connected to a Shafiek Hendricks in a Whatsapp Chat but he refuse or dont want to respond to my chats. This is concerning. I am personally disapointed in a Company that got an award for best service provider,to treat customers like this is very concerning. IGNORED CHATS WOW
