Rsa web useless company

I signed up for fibre. I waited 2 weeks with no feedback. They told me after 4 weeks there is no fibre coverage in my area. I confirmed with 4 other suppliers they all confirmed we got fibre. When I asked to speak to management they just ignored. Don't use RSA web for your fibre.
