RSA WEB TERRIBLE SERVICE

I moved into a new apartment on 01/03/2022,which is fibre ready and only needed the box to be activated, after contacting RSA web I have been fighting with them for the last few weeks as they insist that it is a new installation when there is a fibre ready box in the home that just needs to be activated. It was not until they appointed a company to do the installation that the installation company agreed that there was no need for an install and everything was all ready setup. I was however still charged a setup fee as if it was a new installation when no one ever came out to my home, I have not even used the RSA service yet and I am already sick of them besides the total lack of customer service and incompetence from Damian Fortuin, Lauren and Nomfundo Ngubane, I had Nomfundo Ngubane blatantly lie to me and say I said something in an email thatI had not said, she then proceeded to insult my intelligence by pretending to read the email back to me only she read words that were not even there. RSA WEB ARE AND ABSOLUTE JOKE STAY AS FAR WAY FROM THEM AS POSSIBLE
