Rsa Web terrible customer service and failed promises

Promises made by RSA Web were not acted upon whereby they promise the following:

We can have you connected and online from 1 December so that you work is not negatively impacted.

We promise to call you today to update you.

We have your documents

We have proof of line cancellation from previous tennant that you submitted.

Now they say we cant connect you in time

They failed to call me today

They asked for the documents again 3rd time now.

Now its past 5pm and they sent an email after hours so that I cant reach then until Monday.

Wow such poor customer service

I may now loose income and possibly position at work due to trusting RSA Web who have just strung me along with false promises.

This may give new customers pause to choose another ISP provider
