RSA WEB PLEASE CLOSE DOWN!

Where is the - ⭐️?? Why in the world are these guys even an active company? The service is absolutely pathetic. I will call out each one by name because good lord, something needs to change? I have seen beter service at a pre-school tombola! I saw some reviews, and damn I’m so ****ing upset I moved ISP.... wool over the eye for sure, torrid service for sure..... i sent emails to Bongani Bophela to change bank details, and 3 weeks later they STILL debt the wrong account? I eventually get to someone I thought would be less useless , old David Bernaba, and that just went south! In denial as nothing is ever his fault or that its not his job. Kids and dogs making a noise at peak business hours, the sound of a freshly woken person at 09:30 in the mornings on a Monday, and then blaming VUMATEL for lack of service? I have been without internet for 20 days and counting because of a lack of communication and service. If I don’t phone, then there is no communication. I even pay on the dates and as they want it just to receive not a service, just a working line as I do all my work from home.

Its been nearly 3 weeks, year end, its 2020.... please explain how any business would thrive without internet, mails or active sites for 3 weeks? And its Xmas now, so we will be down for atleast another 3?

Thank your RSA WEB for thriving in such a wonderful year, thank you for costing me a merry christmas, thank you guys for having one of THE BEST OPPORTUNITIES and messing it up. 2020 was a digital year, a year for internet... and you still manage to **** it up.

I haven’t had a single good day with RSA WEB and I’ve only utilized this (lack of) service for 2 months.

I hope you guys get another job, anything besides fibre or internet connections, you do not know how this works. Stop what you are doing and give other companies the opportunity to thrive and deliver. Start a business by fixing potholes in the Vaal, that only needs half a job and half a brain here anyway.
