RSA WEB - PATHETIC
I gave notice on the 7th of September to get my Wi Fi moved to a new address. Three months later it has still not been done. I have been calling, emailing, using live chat using the whats app line - still no response from RSA Web. I have been without Wi Fi now for 2 weeks.
How is this in any way acceptable? I swear the post office has better service delivery.
