So where do I start... I'll start by the 1 star that's for atleast being able to use the WiFi and my debit for the first of each month and the 3rd of this month was the first time I called them, needing assistance because the money was not in on the 1st but only came in on the 3rd the lady told me no problem she will send me a payment link and I need to make payment to there and send them pop I then did so and no feedback until I called them again also bare in mind I keep having to buy airtime I've holder on the line for over 20 mins already but I call them they say no I'm not supposed to use the payment link I'm supposed to log in and use the top up option I beg them to get this resolved they have some confusion on their side and they say no sir sorry we will need to redo your order and refund your money... Also begging them not to make it a long business that was the same week of the 3rd of this month they told me it will take 1-5 business days and guess what? I had to call them again and they tell me the refund must still happen when that happens I need to again make payment wait again until thy kingdom come and this is just not making any sense to me it seems they are not on the same page at their office honestly and this is very poor I'm canceling this service and rather going with Web africa and oooohh you bet I'm gonna be very frequent here if I don't recieve a response from them by today with a conclusion to this situation
