RSA Web ... Not a good idea to use them

Very unhappy with RSA and would not recommend them at all. They do not listen to a person when giving instructions. I complaint is... I arranged with them to do a fiber swop over on the 31 March 2025. The network VumaTel installed earlier than what I requested and switch the new installation on. I have been billed and threaten legal action if I do not pay. Please dont ever use them. I have heard a number of complaints from other people about them..
