RSA WEB- non existent Service , and I mean non existent

This is like Deja vu, every week, same escalation, every week same response, still no resoluton, still no refund, lets try this again here is my last ticket reference and response, This was on March 6th, then i get the standard response, we have sent this to our FTTH team to resolve. I could not careless which team you send it to, RESOLVE my issue , refund me and confirm no further debit orders will be deducted There is a ticket opened and we are currently dealing with that ticket, the ref number: *** My apologies one again. we will be closing ticket regards of being a duplicate, we will escalate the issue Kind Regards Unathi.
