RSA WEB ...No after market service

I hI have been experiencing multiple speed issues for the past six months with my service provider. I have been paying every month for the speed I was promised, but I have never received what I paid for. Each time I call them, a technician goes through a long list of things I need to do—tasks that should actually be their responsibility—to fix the problem. I have followed these instructions multiple times, yet my issue has never been resolved, and still isn't resolved. The service has been horrible, and I cannot wait for Starlink to become available.
