RSA web let ***** happen

So I have two active lines with RSA web and the one line I asked them to suspend but I will stil pay to keep line active and then two months later they cancelled the line and the cant tell me why and who gave them the right to do that and then they still billed me for three months after this and now that I want to reconnect the line they tell met it is with a other ISP and now no one can help me RSA web is the worst ever. They let ***** happen.
