RSA web is like all the rest: bad customer 'service'

We had huge problems with Supersonic, RSA web is in my books close of beating them when it comes to lousy service. We bought an IP phone, been told three times the device would be working immediately once received. After being promised delivery would be within 2 days...it took nearly 2 week. Guess what, the device is not working, or rather the IP address has not been opened. After hanging on the line forever and leaving a message, they phoned back after three days. 'Please hold' on and the line cut, they did not bother to call back = lazy staff and 'customer don't care service'. So back to the story of holding on forever and again the line cut. Simply said there is no proper telecom provider in the banana republic of South Africa, they are all equally useless.
