RSA WeB is a ****
Hi all,
I might not have the words to express my disgust for in term of this RSA WEB internet saga, been with the ISP for 2 days only until a complete blackout for 5 days with no internet at my home.
To be honest this is a **** and I will be canceling my services as soon as I can’t get through to the *********** people at RSA WEB.
This leads me to believe they are a ****, they cannot meet the ISP demand, the claim they the best in SA, this company is a ****. Don’t give them your Money and cancels f#7% them

22 Mar 2023, 11:31Good day, Clint,
RSAWEB fell victim to an attempted ransom Cyber attack. We do apologize for the inconvenience caused. Due to our PBX VOIP systems being down, we made use of alternative methods to send out a communication to our customers to ensure everyone was notified via automated emails sent from our no-reply email address *** on the 1st of February along with text messages, and regular updates via our social platform such as Facebook and Twitter. We were unable to post a net notice due to our website being down. Our number 1 priority was to keep our clients informed.

14 Apr 2023, 15:47Good day, Clint, we understand that this came from a place of rage and we honestly did our best to communicate with all of our clients and made use of all the other channels we possibly could. Would you consider changing your review which states RSAWEB is a ****?
