RSA web: IN SHORT: don't don't deserve to call yourself BEST ISP 2024!

I've been with RSAweb for +-3yrs. Then I sold my house, so I had to cancel my fibre. Phoned them in Sept, they insisted I could only terminate end of Oct(full calendar month's notice) AND pay for the R600 router I've had for 3years. So I decided to give them another chance at my new place, as I'm getting Salnam Reality discounts for using RSAweb. App**** online, got all the usual onboarding emails, saying I can check the progress of the installation. A week later, my app still said: No active services or orders... I started a chat with a consultant: Hi, I need help. Response: Hi. Told the story... Response: Hold on, I will find out from our Projects team. Me, much later: should I continue holding? Nothing... Me again: pls call me when you have an update. Three hours later, I received a WA: Welcome, your order has now been placed with Openserve. So I said: Pls cancel. Next WA: lengthy legal email: you have to give a month's notice... So you can take as long as you want, and I can't do anything? Those times are over! The same process with WebAfrica took me two hours, and I had already received an SMS from Openserve, saying my order has been received. Now RSAweb doesn't want to cancel, claiming Openserve must first commission it, so WebAfrica has to wait until they cancel the order with Openserve... IN SHORT: don't don't deserve to call yourself BEST ISP 2024! Still waiting for feedback since yesterday morning.
