RSA Web holds your domain hostage (largely through bad service) don't sign

RSA Web refuse to unlock a domain I own. They make promises on the phone that they will deliver, but don't (for days at a time!) They will hold YOUR domain name hostage. Don't sign with them...they are ********* and the service is **********. I'm seeking legal counsel for holding my domain hostage and locking me out at a time when we desperately need the business!
