RSA Web *******

This company is ripping their clients! I signed up for a 50/50 line which had a promo for 3 months of 100/100. I did not agree to the upgrade after 3 months, yet they just increased the speed and increased my monthly payment without authorisation!!! Now they continue to charge me R1500 without me authorising anything, and they tell me my account is in arrears by R1500. Damn *******, just doing their own thing without consulting the client. We logged a call when it was upgraded to 100/100 but never received a call back from RSA Web. We spoke with Jacques Esterhuizen who downgraded it to what we signed up for but now Aug they back to charging us 100/100 speed with an arrears of R1500 including the debit deduction of R1500 which is ********!
